The Pee Dee Region Workforce Development Board serves the counties of Montogomery, Moore and Richmond in North Carolina. We dedicate our commitment to continuous excellence in our workforce system. We provide quality services to job seekers and employers including employment services, education opportunities and career training.

We operate two JobLink Career Centers, which have achieved Level III Chartering, the highest level a center can obtain, and one Level 2 Chartering center. Our youth program and centers give our young people an early start at learning what it takes to get a job and maintain a level of professionalism. Our Business Specialists work hand-in-hand with local employers to provide them with a well-trained, skilled employee base.
